What kind of people are Travelex looking for?

What type of training is provided?
Travelex provides induction for all employees as well as learning experience - a combination of online training modules and on-the-job training. Travelex also provides Training Coordinators to assist you.

Will I be covered by a Modern Award or Enterprise Agreement?
Travelex Sales Consultants, Team Leaders, Operations Coordinators and some support roles, are covered under the Travelex Enterprise Agreement 2010. All other employees are covered by Individual Employment agreements.

What are my leave entitlements?
Full Time shift workers are entitled to 5 weeks leave (Pro rata leave for Part Time) Full Time non-shift are entitled to 4 weeks leave (Pro rata leave for Part Time).Travelex provides 10 days paid personal leave such as sick and carers leave, Compassionate leave, Maternity leave, Paternity leave, Adoption leave and Long service leave.
